Ciapp terms of use

What Ciapp is

Ciapp guides you through homemade bakes: recipes with variations, steps, checks, timers and a preparation plan. You need an iPhone with a current version of iOS. An app downloaded from the App Store is also covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement.

Recipes and times are guidance that depends on your equipment and conditions. Assess ingredient freshness, allergens, temperatures and equipment safety.

Account

An account is optional and syncs your data across devices. Keep your sign-in methods secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app; the Ciapp privacy policy explains how your data is deleted.

Ciapp Premium subscription

Ciapp has permanent free recipes with full guidance. Premium unlocks the other recipes and new publications. You buy it in the App Store; Apple handles the sale, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own rules. Before buying you see the full price of the monthly or yearly plan in the store’s local currency.

The yearly plan may include a 14-day free trial if the App Store confirms you are eligible for that Apple ID; a Ciapp account can use the trial once. After the trial the subscription renews for a charge unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. It renews automatically for another period of the same length. Cancel in App Store settings; access lasts until the end of the paid period.

A purchase works on the device without an account. After signing in you can link it to your Ciapp account and use it on another device; a purchase linked to one account can’t be moved to another just by signing in. If access ends during a bake, you can finish the session you already started. Your history, photos and notes remain available without Premium. New recipes arrive weekly with app updates; their number is not fixed in advance.

Withdrawal and complaints about an App Store purchase follow Apple’s rules and consumer law; this document does not limit them.

Send feedback and complaints about the app or a recipe to [email protected] or use “Report a problem with a recipe” in the app. We reply within 14 days.

Changes and governing law

The date at the top shows the current version. We will tell you in the app about significant changes. Polish law applies; this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
